- How long do teachers usually stay with the school?
Safety and well-being
- How do you check staff backgrounds, including drivers and support staff?
- What is your pickup and visitor policy?
- Is there a nurse or first-aid room, and how are parents informed of injuries?
- How do you handle bullying?
Fees
- What is the full annual fee, with every component listed?
- How much have fees increased in the last three years?
- What is the refund policy if we withdraw?
Transport and timings
- What are the school timings, and the bus timings for our area?
- Do buses have GPS tracking and an attendant?
Communication
- How do teachers share progress with parents, and how often are parent-teacher meetings held?
- Who do we contact with a concern, and how quickly do you reply?
Admissions
- Is there an interaction or test for my child's class?
- Which documents do you need, and by when?
