SchoolOps was founded by educationist and author Dr Satyasree Guptaa for schools, colleges and institutes in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and beyond.

For more than twenty years I have worked inside schools: launching and setting up more than 75 of them, training over 8,000 teachers and mentoring 75 principals. Again and again I have seen schools with excellent teachers, caring leadership and strong results struggle to fill seats, while parents a few kilometres away had no idea they existed.
Today, almost every admission begins with a search on a phone. Parents look at Google, read reviews, check the website, scroll Instagram and increasingly ask AI assistants for advice. If a school is missing, out of date or slow to reply at that moment, the family simply moves on.
Principals and management teams already carry enough. They should not have to become experts in Google, websites and social media too. That is why we started SchoolOps: to take care of a school’s online presence every single month, so that its real strengths reach the parents who are looking for them, and every enquiry gets an answer.

About the founder
Dr Satyasree Guptaa
Educationist · Author · Founder
Dr Satyasree Guptaa has spent more than twenty years inside K-12 education: first as a mathematics teacher and content developer, then as the academic leader setting curriculum, assessment and teacher development for networks of 75+ schools.
As Head of Academics for the CBSE division of the Sri Chaitanya Group of Schools (2009 to 2021), she contributed to the launch and academic set-up of 75+ schools, trained 8,000+ teachers and mentored 75 principals. Before that she led mathematics academics at Narayana Olympiad Schools, and from 2021 to 2025 she was Executive Director of Wise Wings Learning Solutions, leading a 110+ member team.
She is the author of 27 published titles for S. Chand, Macmillan, Orient Blackswan, Collins and Avant-Allied, and the founder and director of TeachIn, a global educator and school-standards platform whose TeachIn Academy supports day-to-day academics for around 35 schools.
She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration (Milano University, Italy) and an MBA in Entrepreneurship (London Business School). She received the Vidyaratna Award from the Government of Telangana in 2021 and the Excellence in Education Entrepreneur Award at the UK Parliament, London, in 2020.
